Since opening its doors in December 2007, bacchus has been offering an unrivalled bistronomic experience.
Almost 20 years at your service, we’re proud to have evolved while remaining true to our original concept.
Our bistronomic restaurant, located in Hope Estate, welcomes you in a modern, designer setting where comfort and intimacy reign supreme. Under the direction of Executive Chef Arnaud ANGELI, who has been with us since the opening, we offer a refined menu featuring dishes such as home-smoked fish, duck confit, foie gras ravioli and our famous beef and fish tartars.
In addition to the restaurant, bacchus also has three boutiques in Hope Estate, Nettle Bay and Marigot. Each offers a wide selection of wines, champagnes, rums and spirits from around the world, as well as delicatessen products. We are also the exclusive Nespresso distributor, where a coffee specialist will welcome you to discover the latest products.
bacchus represents nearly two decades of expertise and passion at the service of our customers, with a unique selection that even includes cigars for connoisseurs.
