Located in Hope Estate, our bistronomic restaurant welcomes you to a stylish, warm, and intimate setting.
After nearly 18 years at the helm of our kitchen, Executive Chef Arnaud Angeli is now passing the torch to Anthony Warnault, whose arrival marks a new chapter.
He brings his personal touch combining creativity, generosity, and respect for the finest ingredients while preserving the bacchus spirit.
Discover our signature dishes: house-smoked fish, foie gras ravioli, duck confit, and our famous beef and fish tartares.
But bacchus is also three boutiques in Hope Estate, Nettle Bay, and Marigot offering a refined selection of wines, champagnes, rums, spirits, gourmet foods, and even cigars for connoisseurs.
We are also, among other things, distributors of the renowned Monin syrups, Michel Cluizel chocolates, Kusmi Tea, and Nespresso, with a dedicated space to explore the latest coffee creations.
For nearly 20 years, our team has passionately shared its love of flavor, quality products, and conviviality.
